Donna is the Principal Owner of Premier Insurance Consultants, Inc.
Palm City, FL. She has 30 years experience in the industry
working with her family as well as for Brown & Brown, Marsh and The
Leavitt Group all in Producer, CSR, Management, Agency Operations and
System Administration Positions. Donna is a past chair of the
ASCnet Industry Solutions and Download Committees and currently serves
on the ASCnet Board of Directors as well as the Chair of
FAIAs Agency Technology Task Force and Chair of their
Membership and Operations Council. She is also heavily involved in many
ACT/AUGIE and ACORD working groups.

In Part 2 we will work activities from HomeBase,
Activity Center and Clients utilizing Filters, Search and Closing
options. We then will use these tools to facilitate auditing procedure
compliance.

- Discover how to work activities from all screens, including
Homebase, Activity Center, and Clients.
- Recognize the importance of activity based procedures and understand
how to perform and audit for compliance.
