Dear Volunteers,

Thank you for your interest in learning more about volunteering with ASCnet.  This organization was built upon a foundation of “Users Helping Users” nearly 25 years ago and continues in that spirit today.  At the core of that foundation are our volunteers.  Whether you’re attending a local chapter meeting, an education event, or reading one of our many tools, you are interacting with a volunteer. 

You see, our volunteers are an integral part of our association and help shape every aspect of ASCnet, so much so that leadership excellence and volunteerism are two of the core values that drive our decisions and define our culture.  And with volunteer recruitment and training, ASCnet is dedicated to encouraging future ASCnet volunteers who also grow personally by honing professional leadership skills as well.

This volunteer leadership is the lifeblood of our organization and we work hard to provide you with every tool you’ll need to succeed.  Time and time again, we hear members saying they get so much more out of volunteering than they put into it.
