January/February Question of the Month Results
Starting the year off on the right foot, which topic(s) would you
like to see developed for use at upcoming chapter meetings, webinars,
summits, and/or TENCon?
- Real Time and the push for ALL insurance carriers to get-on-board ..
if you put it in their face long enough, they cannot hide from it!
- Employee Benefits
- Understanding how different settings affect your reports. Workflows
- with realtime. How to determine the CSR workflow. Keeping Current -
social media uses for business. Criteria to determine which improvements
need to be made first.
- Handling, distributing and attaching mass email
- Conversion to EPIC
- Imaging. Integration with commonly used 3rd party products.
- I think a short 15-20 minute video of how to use the newsgroups
would be helpful. Chapters could use it at meetings, it could play
continuously at TENCon, perhpas it could be always availbale at the
ASCnet website. It should cover how to post, search, & respond, as
well as go over the common practices...with humor...what's not OK to
post, what aggrevates the group, etc, etc etc.
- Those who have made the switch from TAM to Epic (not Applied people,
but the actual agency people) should make a timeline of what was done
when to prepare for, change to , and then get used to Epic. Users want
to hear what actual users experienced, even though Applied does a nice
job, actual changeover happenings are what we'd like to hear about. This
would include the why of making the change, how was staff prepared, how
was data prepared, how long did each process take.
- How to create more complex workflows through MyTAM.
- Security
- Weeding out, attaching mass emails
- Real-Time for commercial lines
- System Administrative at an advanced level.
- REAL TIME INQUIRY/INPUT, Features of the buterfly in Tam. Maximizing
CSR worflows such as signature scanning and using an adobe writer or PDF
Xchange (Free) to fill certs & create signature stamps. Tam set up
for maximum workflows and efficiency ie: setting correct prefills and
helpful merge templates
