Q: How long does membership last?
A: Membership lasts for one year from the date of
renewal.

chapter dues?
A: No, each chapter has a different dues structure.
Typically the costs range from $50-$150 per year.

Q: If I join in June are
my dues prorated?
A: We do not prorate our dues, you must pay for 12
months of dues which would run from June to June in this example (or 12
months from the join date).

A: The majority of invoices are mailed out in the fall
of each year for the following year's membership.

A: Not at this time; during our initial phase of our new
website, only PDFs

A: In addition to our opportunity to network with
thousands of users, membership entitles you to discounts when attending
our Annual
Conference and Regional Summits.

A: To find a local chapter in your area refer to our

Q: Is it true
that Applied Systems will pay for my first year of membership when I'm a
new user?
A: Yes! Applied Systems will pay for your first 12
months as a member of our user group, but this does not include any
optional local chapter dues.

Q: As a member, do we receive
discounted rates for the Annual Conference?
A: Yes! In fact, our Annual Conference is one
of the main reasons people join. The discount for a member as opposed to
a non-member is hundreds of dollars.

Q: As a member, are we entitled
to additional technical assistance?
A: No. We do not provide technical support, nor does
membership allow you to move up in a 'queue'.

Q: In order
to be a member do I have to be on Applied
Systems' support?
A: Yes. All ASCnet members must be current with
support from Applied Systems. From our By-laws: "Regular members - An insurance agency/brokerage
using an Applied Systems product who is also receiving software support
from Applied Systems or their designate"
