Q: What materials are available and how can we get

A: ASCnet provides promotional
items and information on upcoming programs for all chapter
meetings. These can be requested from the ASCnet office.

Who can request materials for our chapter
meetings?
A: Only an officer of
the chapter can request materials. Unfortunately, requests by
non-officers can not be honored.

A: Chapters provide an opportunity for users to
attend local meetings and to network with other users in their
geographic area.

Affiliated Chapter Criteria?
A: The Affiliated Chapter Criteria provides guidelines
for chapters who wish to benefit from affiliation with Applied
Systems Client Network. Please review the criteria before attempting to start a local
chapter.

Q: How often does a
local chapter meet?
A: Each chapter sets their own schedule, however as
an affiliated ASCnet chapter, two meetings per year are
required.

Q: How long can an officer of a chapter
serve?
A: The term for an officer, as
defined by chapter bylaws is for the period of one or two
years. The number of consecutive terms that an Officer can serve
are also defined by the chapter bylaws.
